What is a Virtual Assistant ?
A Virtual Assistant is a real person. They are your dedicated member of staff and only work for you. They also work the same operating hours as your business and other staff members. They are friendly, intuitive and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What can a Virtual Assistant do?
They carry out whatever you can ‘show’ them what you want done. They are a ‘blank canvas’ for you, so they can replicate your work. They can do all sorts of simple and complex tasks, but they don’t do telemarketing or cold calling….it simply doesn’t work!
What do we do?
HC take care of all the human resource management so that you dont have to, letting you spend time on what matters. We handle the recruitment, training and ongoing management.
